The ISO 9001 standard specifies requirements for a quality management system in organisations that want and need to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products in accordance with applicable regulations and customer requirements, and that seek to increase customer satisfaction.
The requirements of the ISO 9001 standard are in line with the standards of our company. We consider the following to be essential:
Maintaining a constant high level of the production process and thus a stable and high quality of the services and products provided to the customers,
· Increase sales, profit and our market share by using the set processes effectively, thus increase satisfaction of the owners,
· By providing high-quality production, the possibility of acquiring the most demanding customers and the possibility of acquiring new customers with regard to increasing their satisfaction,
· The possibility to take part in tenders for large contracts, especially in the state administration,
· Improving the quality of the management system, improving the organizational structure of the organisation,
· Improving the order and increasing the performance of the entire organization,
· Increasing the trust of the public and state authorities,
. Creation of a system that responds flexibly to changes in market requirements, of individual customers, legislative requirements and changes within the organization (e.g. when introducing new technologies, organisational changes, etc.).
