Our company has a long-standing partnership with executive coach Petr Žídek, who specializes in leadership development, personal growth, and effective team management. On March 17–18, 2026, in collaboration with him, a training session focused on developing communication, collaboration, and situational leadership took place, during which participants learned the principles of effective communication and strengthened their skills in teamwork and decision-making. The program was complemented by practical activities and the sharing of experiences.
