After having successfully passed tests in the Velim Railway Test Track and in the VUKV and VUZ test centre, our new tank wagon Zacens 75 has returned to Nymburk and will be offered to customers in many specifications and volumes from 40 m3 to 75 m3. The frame layout enables to assemble the appropriate tank wagon size for a particular product.
The basic parts will be identical, the production line will be adapted for easy changes of the wagon parameters. The base consists of a frame with centre longitudinal member with wagon ends prepared for DAC. The tank is mounted on reinforced longitudinal saddles, without transverse support.
The equipment and fittings of the wagon are in accordance with the Regulations concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail RID and the customer's requirements. The tank wagon is designed for the transport of heavy petroleum products, phenol, acids, fertilizers, molten sulphur and other chemical substances.
We expect to deliver the first "SPINA" tank wagons to customers in Q1 2025.
